Further to a major Internet Connection problem in December 2009, we lost the Back Up of our Multibase System which resulted in the loss of the records kept within this System dating back to 2003, this could not have come at a worst time as we had our Asbestos Licence Renewal from the Health and Safety Executive. I called Steve and he came out to our offices on two occasions to have a look at our Server to try to retrieve the information, he also took a copy of the files to repair them, in which Steve was able to repair the files and retrieve valuable information in a short space of time.
